I was given care with respect and thoughtfulness at all times all staff were fabulous cannot thank them enough.
Suggested improvements
The only thing is I could have done with a hot drink in middle morning and afternoon. You got tea with lunch at 1pm then nothing until 7pm!!

Suggested improvements
Amongs other duties on the unt, ward clerk to be able to open the door for visitors especially for the parents who also have work or other duties to do one the outside would. The whole sometimes is outragious.

The NICU staff went above and beyond with our son providing everything he needed as soon as he needed it. Could not ask for more caring nurses and doctors.
